Submitting alerts or reports

You have three ways to submit a report to this map:

1. Directly submitting a report to the map by clicking on Submit a Report at the top of the page
2. Tweeting an alert with hashtag #tbdwmata
3. Emailing an alert at tbdtips@gmail.com

* In every report and alert, be sure to tell us the station and the specific problem. Include a photo if you think it might help.

When reporting incidents and outages on the site:

• The location, title and description are all that is required, though as much info as you can provide will help.
• To find the location on the map, either lick the map where the station is or search in the box below the map for the station and city name. Click on the map to drop the pin.
• If you spotted this incident before the day you reported it, you can indicate this on the report near the bottom. An estimated date the problem started is just fine.
• If you have links to video, a story/blog post or photos of the incident, please feel free to include them.
